How do I book an apartment?

Contact our sales team, visit the site, and if the apartment suits you we issue a booking form and allotment letter against the initial payment. Nothing is binding until you sign.

What payment schedules do you offer?

Payments are normally tied to construction milestones over the build period. The exact schedule differs per project and is set out in the allotment letter.

Can I visit an ongoing site?

Yes. Site visits are arranged by appointment so that we can escort you safely and answer questions on site.

Do you help arrange a home loan?

We work with several banks and can introduce you to their housing loan teams, but the loan agreement is between you and the bank.

What happens at handover?

We walk the apartment with you, log any snags, complete them, and then hand over keys along with the utility connections and warranty documents.
