About this project
Uttara Skyline sits on a quiet residential street in Uttara Sector 7, a short walk from the schools, clinics and markets that make daily life straightforward. The building was planned around how families actually use space: generous living areas at the front, bedrooms set back from the road, and service areas kept out of sight.
Every apartment is a corner or through unit, so each one takes light and cross-ventilation from at least two sides. Ceilings are kept high, windows run close to floor level in the living spaces, and balconies are deep enough to be usable rather than decorative.
Shared spaces were treated as part of the home rather than leftover square footage. The lobby is double height, the rooftop is landscaped and open to all residents, and parking is fully covered with dedicated bays. Standby power covers lifts, water pumps, corridor lighting and a defined load in every apartment.
Construction follows our standard specification: RCC frame designed to current seismic code, first-class bricks, branded sanitary and electrical fittings, and a documented quality checklist signed off at each stage.
